Fu Wan Chocolate was founded by Hsu Hua-Jen, Taiwan’s first international chocolate taster. It is a true Taiwanese chocolate brand, using cacao beans from Pingtung and collaborating with local cacao farmers from the source to co-develop techniques and improve cultivation conditions. Hsu Hua-Jen also developed a proprietary fermentation method that allows fresh local cacao beans to fully express the flavors of the land.
