一、計畫經費與付款方式
(一) 計畫申請預算：新臺幣 10,000,000 元整（依據 SBIR 計畫規範暫訂）。
(二) 專案可動支費用：新臺幣 10,000,000 元整（佔總預算 50%）。
(三) 專案啟動作業費用：新臺幣 1,000,000 元整，請於雙方簽署合作契約後七日內支付。
(四) 抽成服務費：15%

建議事項：
一、建議申請 SBIR 第二階段（Phase II）研究開發補助，補助金額以 500 萬至 1,000 萬元為宜，執行期間 1 至 2 年。
二、建議本公司擔任合作機構，支援研發管理、技術驗證、行銷實證與 ESG 效益量化，以提升審查通過率。
三、建議同步研議成果商品化策略，包括商用維保模式、社區租借布建及國際代理輸出，以作為審查評分重點。效益評估：
一、提升研發能量與產品差異化競爭力。
二、降低自有資金投入風險，改善現金流與財務彈性。
三、建立技術專利與國際化基礎，支援後續投資與融資。結語：
請貴公司核予研議本案之可行性，倘獲採納，建請雙方儘速召開提案規劃會議，以利補助案時程銜接。
二、服務內容
(一) 由數匯智控股份有限公司依補助計畫要求，進行系統整合（SI）專案之規劃與執行，具體服務內容將另行依雙方確認內容列明於合作契約。
三、合作模式
(一) 本案採系統整合（SI）專案模式簽訂，非單純顧問合約。
(二) 數匯智控股份有限公司將依補助核定內容，編列各項執行費用，並須經貴公司逐項確認後始得動支。
四、退費保證機制
(一) 若貴公司於支付啟動作業費後，於 24 個月內未成功取得任何補助專案之核准，本公司將無息全額退還啟動作業費，以保障貴公司權益。
五、其他事項
