一、計畫經費與付款方式
本案目標為申請「SITI 臺北市產業發展研發補助」，為確保計畫可行性，經向臺北市創業服務辦公室諮詢，已確認貴公司即便處於損益表為負值之狀態，亦符合本補助之申請資格。 相關經費規劃如下：
(一) 計畫申請預算：新臺幣 5,000,000 元整（依據 SITI 計畫規範暫訂）。
(二) 專案可動支費用：新臺幣 5,000,000 元整（佔總預算 50%）。
(三) 專案啟動作業費用：新臺幣 450,000 元整，請於雙方簽署合作契約後七日內支付。

二、服務內容
(一) 由數匯智控股份有限公司依補助計畫要求，進行系統整合（SI）專案之規劃與執行，具體服務內容將另行依雙方確認內容列明於合作契約。
三、合作模式
(一) 本案採系統整合（SI）專案模式簽訂，非單純顧問合約。
(二) 數匯智控股份有限公司將依補助核定內容，編列各項執行費用，並須經貴公司逐項確認後始得動支。
四、退費保證機制
(一) 若貴公司於支付啟動作業費後，於 24 個月內未成功取得任何補助專案之核准，本公司將無息全額退還啟動作業費，以保障貴公司權益。
五、其他事項
(一) 本案係依據「中小企業業績成長計畫」辦理，專案負責人為 LUMA。
(二) 如有議價或其他專案細節討論需求，敬請於收到本函後七日內與本公司聯繫，以利後續作業銜接與安排。
