一、計畫經費與付款方式
計畫申請預算：新臺幣 5,000,000 元（依 SITI 計畫規範暫訂）。
專案可動支費用：新臺幣 2,500,000 元（佔總預算 50%）。
專案訂金：新臺幣 220,000 元，簽署合作後七日內支付。
協助廠商編列20%人事費用，實際金額以帳務計算後為主。

二、SUHUL 前期輔導服務（企業輔導 C 方案）
一次性費用：新臺幣 30,000 元整。
服務內容：
協助增資至至少新臺幣 2,500,000 元，並完成投保人數達 10 人。
提供「輕食先生」公司設立／變更流程之規劃設立以及企業顧問諮詢（後續財稅服務另行計價）。
提供品牌識別手冊、品牌說明手冊與對外簡報公版。
協力單位：宜群聯合會計師事務所。
三、合作模式
本案採系統整合（SI）專案方式簽訂，非顧問合約。數匯智控將就核准之補助款項內編列各項執行費用，並與貴公司逐項確認後始得動支。
四、退費保證機制
貴公司支付啟動作業費後，若於 24 個月內未成功取得任何補助專案核准，本公司將全額無息退還該啟動作業費。
